For your convenience, our most common customer questions are answered right here.

Not finding what you want? Reach out directly through our Contact Us page.

Q: What are your package rates:

A: We have some standard packages, but customize services to your needs.  Please use our “Contact Us” page to reach out to us and let us know exactly what you are looking for.  We will respond promptly with suggestions of what will fit your needs bests.

Q: Do you provide digitals:

A: Yes.  We  understand we live in a digital world and the desire to share images on social media.  However, we strongly believe that people should live in prints.  If you think about 20 years from now, who is to say that your children/grandchildren/etc. will have a CD drive or USB port to look at your pictures.

Q: How long does it take to get my images after the session:

A: We know how hard it is to wait.  We try our best to get a sneak peek to share with you within 24 hours.  However, your full gallery will usually take up to 3 weeks.  Wedding and birth stories up to 4 weeks.

Q: What is a “Birth Story”:

A: Our passion.  But you probably want to know what they are like….basically, they are what  you want them to be.  Each birth is unique.  They are not a choreographed event.  Each Birth Story is unique to the parents and the labor and delivery.  Some Parents only want certain times and things captured, other’s want all of the nitty gritty.  When you book us to capture the story of your new loves arrival.  We will meet multiple times before the birth.  We will review all your questions and concerns and your birth plan.  During the labor and delivery, you probably won’t even notice that there are pictures being taken.  We try to capture your story, not be part of it.

Q: If I am having a scheduled C-section, can we still do a birth story:

A: ABSOLUTELY!!!  Please see my post and video on my “News” page.  It is a birth story with an unexpected C-section.  If you know that you are going to have a c-section, some physician’s are comfortable with me in the operating room.  If you would like me to be there, it is something that can be planned for prior to delivery.  If it is not an option, there is plenty of story around those 15 minutes when I can’t be with you.
